Distillery build update 20/10/22

Things are starting to come together. We decided to use an aluminium gantry instead of a traditional steel one. Aluminium is one of the most environmentally friendly metals and is fully recyclable. Monkey Toe is a company from Taranaki that helped us with our design and install. The gantry is modular and installed on site. It can be easy modified and upgraded unlike steel. 

Once the main support structure was in place, the floor was installed quickly. 

The aluminium floor fits around the wash backs giving easy access to the the man ways. Once the stairs were in place we could start to fit the stills with Lyne arms and condensers.
